The project at Bowen Crescent required the complete strip-out and make good of an entire 6 storey commercial office building. 

On a strict programme to have the works completed by the launch of a new leasing campaign, Tycorp created a systematic construction sequence to demolish existing office fit-outs, upgrade base building services and existing vertical transportation, modifications to achieve statutory codes compliance as well as the construction of new toilet facilities, kitchenettes and ground floor entrance lobby.
