The commercial fit-out and refurbishment of Bowen’s hardware store in Port Melbourne included interior work within both public and private spaces. 

The construction scope involved an open concept display suite with industrial aesthetics to the public areas, as well as private loft space for internal and stakeholder meetings. The engagement had a significant level of complexity due to extensive reconfiguration of the concrete slab and the need to straighten the walls of the existing structure.
