The project scope extended from the decommissioning and relocation of IT Comms Room, construction of front of house Meeting Rooms and CEO suite, customized EOT facilities to COVID safe workplace design.
After working closely with the Landlord during lease negotiations by providing construction cost estimates and design consultancy advice, Tycorp was subsequently engaged to undertake the strip-out of an existing office floor and the construction of a new 1,700sqm office tenancy.
