With a tight timeframe between the lease expiry of the departing tenant and the commencement of the new lease, proactive programming, procurement and management was key to the success of this retail strip out project. Tycorp Rapid utilised their strong network of local contractors and suppliers to fast-track the demolition of the existing fit-out, upgrade building service systems to cater to the future tenant’s requirements and make modifications to the premises to meet BCA compliance and regulatory codes. Throughout construction, Tycorp Rapid maintained open communication dialogue with adjoining tenants to minimize disruptions to their businesses, to customers, and passers-by.
