GWS Mazda, Mulgrave saw the complete redevelopment of a live environment as the commercial dealership underwent an extensive rebuild facilitated across four stages. The priority was to ensure the space maintained operations throughout the build.

Risk mitigation was maintained throughout the demolition of existing office space and dealership yard into the construction of new office space over two levels, a new dealership yard and workshop, and an upgrade of the showroom facade.
