The regional coastal environment created the need for a robust structural foundation to withstand the sandy soil conditions. Tycorp worked closely with an experienced team of local subcontractors to design an innovative foundation system combining concrete raft slabs, suspended slabs, tiered retaining walls, and traditional strip footings.
