Tycorp understands the complexities of delivering a project within a live environment. For Mornington Mazda, there were two fundamental project requirements. Firstly, the upgrade and refurbishment of the existing facility had to be completed in line with the peak sales period. Secondly, there was to be minimum disruption to the daily operations of the open dealership.
The scope of works involved not only the upgrading of showroom facilities, the construction of a new service centre, hardstand, and roof canopies but also the upgrading of all finishes, branding and signage, joinery, and architectural detailing to adhere to Mazda corporate guidelines.
