A mix of sleek contemporary and traditional local vernacular, Tycorp was involved in the ECI process to ensure the unique and highly detailed design could be achieved from cost, quality, and programme perspectives. Design management was critical and involved collaborative sub-contractor workshops to assess buildability opportunities and constraints, rationalize design elements and undertake prototype testing, and determine procurement and trade letting efficiencies.
